To apply as a New Agent for the David Saba Realty Team, please follow the 5 steps below.

STEP ONE: The "Team Concept" is the direction that the industry is rapidly moving toward. If you want to be on the cutting edge of this change you are at the right place! Read the description to the right to determine if we are a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for us.

STEP TWO: Answer the following questions (please limit each answer to 75 words or less):

a) Do you have any real estate related experience or knowledge (buying/selling your own house, construction background, interior design, etc…)?
b) What sales or customer service experience do you have?
c) What is your familiarity with the Savannah area and surrounding communities?
d) Do you know anything about David Saba Realty Team or Keller Williams Realty? If so, what?
e) Why do you think you will be successful in a real estate career?
f) What is your level of computer/technical proficiency (email/gmail, Word, social media, phone/Android/iPhone, etc…)?
g) If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?

STEP THREE: Submit your resume (see Step 5 for details).

STEP FOUR: An important step in our selection process is the completion of some online assessments. Below are some helpful recommendations on how to complete the assessments as well as a link to access them.

a) The profiles are not a measure of IQ & are not timed so take your time. Your first instinctive answer is typically best. As such, do not over analyze or prejudge.
b) There are two profiles to complete (14 questions & 10 questions). They must be completed in one sitting & they take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please complete the profiles at a time with limited interruptions or distractions.
c) There is no cost for this assessment, but you must register at the website to complete the assessment.
d) When you have completed the questions, you will be taken to a “Congratulations!” page. On this page, you’ll be able to download and save your results as pdf files: “Personal Strengths Profile” and “Values Index Profile.”
e) Click on the link below to get started.

STEP FIVE: Email answers to the questions from Step 2, attach your resume from Step 3, and attach the two profiles from Step 4. Use “New Agent Application” as the subject line and send the email to: david@savannahhomes.org

What is a typical day like in the life of a real estate agent?

There is no typical day, which, in my opinion, is one the advantages of being a real estate agent. One day, you may be in the office all day long, doing paperwork, talking to people on the phone, scheduling showings, and working on a new listing.

The next day, you may have an inspection in the morning, training after that, and a listing presentation after that.

Another day, you may be prospecting in the morning, going to a closing in the afternoon, and showing houses in the evening.

This career can offer flexibility in your schedule at times, but other times it may demand your attention in three different directions. Managing your time and working productively in the right areas will be critical to your success.

I will work with you individually to help you set your goals and create a plan of action to achieve them. I will train you not only to become a competent and respected Realtor, but also a successful one. It doesn’t matter how great you are as a Realtor if you have no clients to serve.

As your Coach and Team Leader, I will provide you with leads to follow up on, help you generate your own leads, and provide the training and tools necessary to convert them into clients.

You will not be on your own! You will be part of a team with a culture of success. We work hard when it’s time to work so we can enjoy some time off too. We believe in having a work/life balance.

You’ll have all the tools and support necessary to make you successful, including leads (30 - 75/month), automatic marketing to your leads, a top of the line contact management system, signs, printed flyers for your sphere at no cost to you,  systems, office space, closing gifts and so much more...
